In the U.K., they’re called “repeats”.
Here in North America, we call them “re-runs”.
At our office, we see the summer months as an opportunity to scale back, work on new initiatives for the fall, but also stay in touch by re-visiting some of the more popular and still relevant posts from the past two or three years. Through July and August, you can expect these summer re-runs to be posted every two weeks as our team gets ready to launch an entirely new project in the fall.
One such post featured a Staten Island drummer, propelled by one chance encounter that opened multiple doors over 5+ decades as he toured the world with some of the biggest names in rock.

Webster's Dictionary defines "Serendipity" as the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.The actual term was coined by Horace Walpole in 1754 after an unexpected discovery he had through a Persian fairy tale.
Serendipity was the catalyst that led to the discoveries of gravity, penicillin, the microwave oven and the post-it note. And thanks to a veteran rock and roll drummer, the magic of serendipity is being kept alive and kicking through the stories he now shares with audiences all over North America.
